Terms & Conditions

of "ZCoinTV & Scottfdx Trading Contest"

§1 General Provisions

The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines in coordination with ZCoinTV (https://discord.com/invite/Ys2skgxQPq), hereinafter referred to as The Affiliate.
The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX trading platform.
Before entering the promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform.
Participant's participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the promotion contained in this document.
Duration of the promotion is 30 days.
1. The promotion will be available from 24th of July 2024 to 23rd of August or until revoking.

§2 Definitions

"Promotion" is an event described in these terms and conditions.
“User” means a person who has an active account on the SimpleFX platform.
“Affiliate Program” means affiliate program described at SimpleFX website
“Prize” means amount of money calculated based on the chart from §3 point 3.
“Active account” is a user account on SimpleFX platform that is currently in use and has not been deactivated or deleted. In the context of a Giveaway, the rewarded user must have an active account with SimpleFX to be eligible for rewards.
“Return on Investment” is calculated as a relation between the account equity and the sum of initial and extra deposits minus 1 [equity / (initial equity + extra deposits + extra bonus) - 1].

§3 Promotion Program

To participate in promotion registration from The Affiliate reflink is required. Reflink is considered as “The Affiliate reflink” when its long version contains “referrer=dfaba093-0468-476e-8923-f0779f0b6009”.
1. Users who registered from The Affiliate reflink before the promotion are allowed to participate.
Users who deposit a minimum $200 deposit during the promotion period are eligible to be a contender in the contest.
1. The Prize is shared between the users who fulfilled promotion conditions based on their ROI (Return on Investment).
2. User may take part in the contest with all LIVE accounts he have ; however only one LIVE account per user will be eligible to be classified as the winner.
3. Number of winners is limited according to the chart from point 4.1.
Total amount of the Prize may vary depending on the number of users who fulfilled the conditions of the promotion.

1. The prize from the above chart is modified by an increase of 200$ for each of the 15 winners which fulfilled provisions of §3 point 4.
Client reached discord channel lvl 2 and obtained SimpleFX support confirmation as per below discord channel instructions described in attachment nr 1- Discord Promotion

Client earns XP points by actively participating in the conversation on the Discord server, inserting memes, giving feedback and publishing technical analysis.
Checking how much XP a given Client has: on the Discord channel type the command “/rank” and get information how much lacks to reach lvl 2.

§4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

The current information about the amount of participants and ROI by the users will be shown on the Landing Page under the link https://simplefx.com/lp/scottfdx-zcointv-contest/.
The Prize is allowed to be withdrawn from the user’s account.
The User shall not be entitled to receive the Prize (or may forfeit the Prize received), in the event that he/she violates, tampers with or fails to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or has violated the rules of this Promotion.
In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding
No third parties except of the Affiliate, including but not limited to Apple Inc., are associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered this contest.

XP Reward System

Participants will receive levels based on their XP points achieved in the Discord server: https://discord.com/invite/UhY7KxnKXG
The XP rewards are as follows:

Level 1: Granted from the beginning of participation
Level 2: 4275 XP

When a participant reaches Level 2 will be contacted by the server administration to provide their SimpleFX user ID. After verification of the participant's SimpleFX user ID, a bonus of “200$ increase” modification will be granted for those of participants who finished above Promotion on 1-15 positions of ROI.

Eligibility

To be eligible for XP rewards, members must actively contribute to the community by participating in discussions, events, and other activities as outlined by the server rules.
Eligibility for XP rewards is contingent upon following the Server rules and guidelines set forth by the server administration.

No direct or indirect shilling, scams, or fraud. Any attempt to deceive, defraud, or scam others will result in immediate removal from the server.
No impersonation of any staff or team members.
No abuse of other community members or staff. Treat everyone with respect.
Use relevant channels for discussions and avoid off-topic conversations.
Do not share personal information without consent. Protect your privacy and exercise caution when interacting with others.
Avoid non-productive discussions and maintain a constructive atmosphere.
No adult (18+), explicit, or controversial messages.
Report suspicious activity promptly. If you encounter any suspicious behavior or suspect a scam, report it to the moderators immediately.
Follow instructions from moderators. Their decisions are final in matters of dispute or rule enforcement.
The primary language of the server is English.
Discussions should focus on instruments listed on SimpleFX.
No begging for funds or soliciting social media followers.
No publishing of personal information.
No phishing or scam attempts.
No advertising of coins or projects unaffiliated with the server.
No offensive imagery or language.
No racism, gender discrimination, age discrimination, or religious discrimination.
Do not share seed phrases (private keys) or contract addresses.
No animated emoji spam.
No private messages or direct message requests towards other users.
No trading advice. Avoid statements like "buy ABC" or "sell XYZ" or predictions like "XYZ will moon."
No links to groups or websites unrelated to the server.
No encouragement of tax evasion.
No job offers or requests.

Verification

XP rewards will be granted upon verification of the member's level within the Discord server by a designated moderator or bot.

Fair Distribution

XP rewards will be distributed fairly and without bias based on the level achieved by each member.

Accurate Tracking

The server administration will maintain accurate records of members' XP levels to ensure proper distribution.

Transparency

The XP reward system and the criteria for earning XP, including additional rewards for technical analysis and memes, will be clearly communicated to all members to ensure transparency and fairness.

No Exploitation

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the XP reward system, including but not limited to spamming or engaging in disruptive behavior to gain XP or additional rewards, will result in disqualification from receiving rewards and may lead to further disciplinary action.

Review and Modification

The server administration reserves the right to review and modify the XP reward system and its associated regulations, including criteria for additional rewards, as needed to maintain fairness and integrity within the community

Effective Date

These regulations shall be effective immediately upon publication and shall govern all XP reward activities within the Discord server unless otherwise specified by the server administration.
