The organizer of the First Trade Insurance Promotion (the “Promotion”) is 8TECH ZA (PTY) LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, authorized as a Crypto Assets Service Provider and Financial Services Provider (FSP) under license number 53073, with its registered office at 4 Haven Lane, Malvern, Queensburgh, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal 4093, South Africa (the “Organizer”).
1.2. The Promotion is organized on the SimpleFX trading platform.
1.3. The Promotion starts on 8 July 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC and ends on 12 August 2026 at 12:00 PM UTC (the “Promotion Period”).
1.4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
1.5. Before participating in the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement and other applicable legal documents available on the SimpleFX website.
1.6. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.7. The Promotion does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, an insurance product, insurance contract, financial guarantee, or any regulated financial product.
