of “SimpleFX’s Xth Birthday Trading Competition”
§1 General Provisions
  1. This promotion is organized by SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
  2. The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX trading platform.
  3. Before entering the Contest, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform.
  4. Participant's participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Contest contained in this document.
  5. The Contest will be available from 04.11.2024 11:00:00 am UTC, until 01.12.2024 11:59:59 pm UTC, or until revoking.
§2 Definitions
  1. “Contest” is an event described in these terms and conditions.
  2. “Prize” means equivalent to the amount of USD presented in tables in §3 point 5 paid in a currency of the participant SFX account or currency chosen by the Company.
  3. “Affiliate Prize” means a prize described in the table in §3 point 7.
  4. “Referrer” is an existing user of a platform SimpleFX who refers a new user to the registration on the SimpleFX platform. In the context of a referral program, the referrer is rewarded for referring new users.
  5. “Referred user” is a new user of SimpleFX who has been registered through an affiliate as a customer registered on the SFX platform as of 01.09.2024 through an affiliate's link or referral code.
  6. “Referral link” is a unique URL that is provided to an existing user to share with their friends, family, or anyone else. The referral link typically includes a tracking code that identifies the referrer and the referred user.
  7. “Active account” is a user account on the SimpleFX platform that is currently in use and has not been deactivated or deleted. In the context of a referral program, the referrer and referred trader must have an active account with SimpleFX to be eligible for rewards.
  8. “Contest live trading account” means an account created for the sole purpose of participation in the Contest or selected from existing live accounts (which do not have an open position at the time of selection).
  9. “ROI” means the return of investment and is calculated as a relation between the Contest live trading account equity and the sum of initial and extra deposits minus 1 [Equity/(Initial balance + Extra deposits + Internal transfers in + Bonus in) - 1].) Deposits associated with converting bonuses to balances will be excluded from the calculation.
§3 Contest program
  1. To participate in the Contest, all of the following conditions must be met during the Contest:
    1. entering the Contest in the dedicated reward center tab on the SFX platform https://app.simplefx.com/reward-center?promotion=Contest - accepting the Contest rules,
    2. opening a new live account or selecting from existing live accounts (which do not have an open position) a minimum of one Contest account,
    3. making a deposit of min. 100 USD (or equivalent in the currency of the account) to the Contest account. The transfer of funds from the "cashback rewards wallet" (in Reward Center) or internal transfer is not considered a deposit for the purpose of meeting the conditions of the Contest.
    4. opening at least one position on the Contest account (pending positions will not be taken into account).
  2. All persons who have not yet registered on SimpleFX may join the Contest through the following link: https://simplefx.com/lp/10th-anniversary/
  3. Participants who generated the highest ROI are eligible to win the prize.
  4. Participants shall trade on a particular Contest live trading account.
  5. Participants can trade on multiple Contest accounts.
    1. Only one of the participant's accounts with the best result will be displayed in the ranking and be able to be awarded.
  6. The number of winners and height of the Prize is determined by the number of participants as presented in the table below:

  7. After each completed week of the Contest, Participants are awarded with SFX Coins and USD prizes. 15 participants with the highest scores receive the SFX Coin and USD prize according to the table below:

    1. Weekly ROI results are calculated with the formula Weekly ROI = [Equity / (Beginning of Week Equity or Initial balance + Extra deposits + Internal transfers in + Bonus in) - 1]. Deposits associated with converting bonuses to balances will be excluded from the calculation.
  8. ​If a new customer registered through an affiliate is among the winners of the cash prize, the affiliate will receive a prize, according to the table below:

    1. Point 7 applies only to the new customers who registered after September 1, 2024.
    2. Affiliate can be awarded only once, for the best score of his customer and for one customer only (the highest ranked).
  9. The Prize will be granted to the Participant’s trading account within 10 days from the announcement of the Contest results.
    1. The Affiliate’s Prize will be granted to the account provided by the Affiliate with an email.
    2. Both the Affiliate’s Prize and The Prize may be withdrawn or used for further live trading on the SimpleFX platform.
  10. The results will be ranked on the Contest website https://simplefx.com/lp/10th-anniversary/ according to the ROI achieved (starting from the highest score).
    1. Ranking results will be refreshed a minimum of once every 15 minutes.
    2. The ranking will display the accounts:
      1. for which the conditions for participation in the competition have been met ( §3 point 1).
      2. whose ROI score is positive.
    3. For the purposes of the ranking display, Participants username from SimpleFX account will be used
§4 Final Provisions & Restrictions
  1. Each winner will be notified of the prize by email to the email address they have registered on the SFX platform.
  2. The Participant shall not be entitled to receive the Prize (or may forfeit the Prize received) in the event that he/she violates, tampers with or fails to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or has violated the rules of this Contest.
  3. SimpleFX shall be entitled to independently assess, using objective criteria, whether an entrant is in breach of the provisions indicated above.
  4. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
  5. Participants cannot unsubscribe from the Contest. Accounts will be automatically unsubscribed from the Contest at the end of its period and will become standard live accounts.
  6. The requirements may be adjusted as the market condition changes.
  7. SimpleFX reserves the right to change the content of this Terms and Conditions at the sole discretion of themself whenever it is necessary to properly run the Contest.
  8. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Customer, including in particular indirect or consequential losses or costs of lost opportunities or profits, which arose in connection with the Customer's failure to fulfill the terms and conditions of participation in the Contest.
  9. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third parties, including but not limited to Apple Inc.
