SFX Coin Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
2. The promotion takes place on SimpleFX trading platform.
3. The Promotion starts at 10:00:00 UTC on October 9, 2023 and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on October 20, 2023.
4. Before entering the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform. 
5. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
6. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Promotion.
7. Promotion is not limited to only registered users of SimpleFx. Each person who will register during the promotion is allowed to participate in it.

2 Definitions

1. “SFX Coin Giveaway” will be called “Promotion” in these terms and conditions.
2. “Social media” means Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
3. “Participant” means a person taking part in the promotion.

3 Promotion Program

1. Participants are obliged to comment on the giveaway post on SimpleFX social media, whether the position on the graphic is long or short.
2. Each winner is awarded with 2SFX Coins.

4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

1. Maximum number of winners is 30.
   1.1. There are 10 winners per social media platform.
2. Each participant of the promotion can win only once and only on one social media platform of the SimplefX.
3. To receive an SFX Coin account on the SimpleFX platform is required.
