SFX Coin Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
§1 General Provisions
- The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- The promotion takes place on SimpleFX trading platform.
- The Promotion starts at 10:00:00 UTC on July 18, 2023 and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on July 27, 2023.
- Before entering the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform.
- Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
- Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Promotion.
- Promotion is not limited to only registered users of SimpleFx. Each person who will register during the promotion is allowed to participate in it.
§2 Definitions
- “SFX Coin Giveaway” will be called “Promotion” in these terms and conditions.
- “Social media” means Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
- “Participant” means a person taking part in the promotion.
§3 Promotion Program
- Participants are obliged to provide the answer for the social media post request concerning the most creative way to describe SFX Coin.
- Best comments chosen by SimpleFx moderators on each platform are awarded with SFX Coin.
- Each winner is awarded with 2SFX Coins.
§4 Final Provisions & Restrictions
- Maximum number of winners is 30.
1.1. There are 10 winners per social media platform. - Each participant of the promotion can win only once and only on one social media platform of the SimplefX.
- To receive an SFX Coin account on the SimpleFX platform is required.
