Next Monday, on January 21, 2019, it’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day (MLK Day) in the US – a federal holiday set on the third Monday of January each year.
It’s a day off and it affects trading hours for the following:
- US shares don’t trade at all
- Indices – DJI30, NDX100, SPX500, USOIL, NATURALGAS, Precious Metals – open as usual but trade until 18:00 UTC
All the other trading instruments operate normally.
