§2 Definitions
- “Organizer” - means 8Tech SVG Ltd.
- “Participant” - means a SimpleFX user who has joined the promotion and fulfilled its conditions.
- “Prize” refers to:
- Cash prizes (withdrawable) - funds that can be either used for trading on the SimpleFX platform
or withdrawn as real money;
- Non-withdrawable credit bonuses for trading purposes - funds that are usable only for trading
purposes on the SimpleFX platform;
- SFX Coin rewards - platform-based loyalty points awarded to Participants, which can be used
within the SimpleFX ecosystem in accordance with the current terms of the SFX Coin program. SFX
Coins are non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- “Credit Bonus” - non-withdrawable funds allocated to Participants for trading purposes solely on
the SimpleFX platform. These funds cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or used for any
other benefit (e.g., cashback, reduced spreads). However, any profit generated from trading with
Credit Bonus funds is fully withdrawable.
§3 Contest Entry and Participation Rules
To participate in the contest, a SimpleFX user must:
- Sign up for the contest by:
- Clicking the dedicated button available in the Reward Center tab on the SimpleFX platform (for
users who are already SimpleFX clients), or
- Creating a SimpleFX account through a dedicated Landing Page (for users who are not yet SimpleFX
clients).
Registration will be available 72 hours before the contest start date.
- Select the trading accounts (currency accounts) they wish to add to the contest. This can also be done
during the pre-contest week.
- A Participant may add all of their trading accounts.
- Make a minimum deposit of 30 USD into each currency account added to the contest, during the contest
period only. This condition must be fulfilled during the contest period only.
- Open at least one position on each added trading account. This must be done during the contest period
only. Pending orders will not be considered.
- It is not required to close positions before the contest ends. For every open position, the system will:
- Retrieve the market price at the contest end time (based on 1-minute candle data),
- Calculate unrealized profit or loss from the difference between the opening price and market
price (considering the position side),
- Include swap,
- Add the unrealized profit or loss to the account equity.
§4 Contest Rules
- The goal of the contest is to achieve the highest ROI (Return on Investment) across contest-added
accounts.
- The ROI is calculated using the following formula:
[equity / (initial equity + extra deposits +
extra bonus) — 1]
- Additional rules:
- Trading accounts with open positions cannot be added to the contest (a system message will
appear during the process).
- Only trading accounts that meet all entry conditions and have positive ROI will qualify for the
ranking.
- Each SimpleFX user may appear in the final ranking with only one trading account - the one with
the highest ROI. Users may add all off their accounts to the contest, but only the best-performing
one will be ranked.
§5 Rankings & Prizes
- Main Contest Ranking (Final Rewards)
- The top 15 participants with the highest ROI will receive rewards after the contest ends.
- The first 3 winners will receive cash + credit bonus. Participants ranked 4–15 will receive
credit bonus only.
- Cash prizes (awarded to the top 3 participants) are fully withdrawable and may also be used for
further trading on the SimpleFX platform.
- Credit bonuses are non-withdrawable and may only be used for trading purposes within the
platform. Profit generated from using credit bonuses is fully withdrawable.
- Prizes are dependent on the total number of contest participants:

- Weekly Ranking Rewards (Every 7 Days)
- Every week during the contest, the top 15 participants with the highest ROI will receive:
- SFX Coin reward - Credit bonus:
If there are fewer than 15 participants in a given week, fewer prizes will be distributed. The
value of the weekly rewards is fixed and does not depend on the total number of contest participants.
- Affiliate Contest Rewards
After the contest, the 15 affiliates whose clients rank highest in ROI will receive credit bonuses,
based on participant volume:

§6 Final Provisions & Restrictions
- The ranking will be displayed on a dedicated landing page and updated at least every 15 minutes.
- Contest winners will be announced no later than 10 business days after the contest ends.
- Cash prizes (top 3 participants) will be paid out in the respective account currency within 10 business
days of the announcement. These can be withdrawn or used for trading.
- All winners will be notified via the email linked to their SimpleFX account.
- Once a Participant opts in, withdrawal from the contest is not possible.
- At the end of the contest, accounts will be automatically removed from the competition and revert to
regular live accounts.
- If any withdrawal or internal transfer from a contest account occurs during the contest period, that
account will be disqualified.
- Internal transfers to or from contest accounts will be disabled for the duration of the contest.
- This includes transfers from a contest account to any other currency account owned by the
Participant.
- Any attempt to perform such a transfer will result in disqualification of the respective contest
account.
- Credit Bonus Terms:
- Credit Bonuses are non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cashback, reduced spreads, or
any other benefits.
- They can only be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform.
- Any profit generated from trading with Credit Bonuses is fully withdrawable.
- If the Participant loses the bonus amount through trading, no additional funds will be
credited.
- The credit bonus cannot be transferred to another account.
- Any abuse or suspected manipulation involving credit bonuses will result in disqualification
from the contest and forfeiture of any prizes.
- Additional Notes:
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest terms or
attempts to manipulate the results.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior
notice published on the SimpleFX platform or contest landing page.
- By joining the contest, the Participant agrees to all provisions of this document.
