Terms & conditions of “ZCoin & ScottFDX Trading Contest”

§1 General provisions

1. The organizer of this promotion is 8Tech SVG Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”, with registration number 22361 BC 2014, with registered address at Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown VC0100, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in coordination with ZCoin & ScottFDX , hereinafter referred to as “The Affiliate”.
2. The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX trading platform.
3. Before entering the promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform.
4. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the promotion contained in this document.
5. Duration of the promotion is 31 days. The promotion will be available from 1st of December 2025 to 31st of December 2025 or until revoking.

§2 Definitions

1. “Promotion” is an event described in these terms and conditions.
2. “User” means a person who has an active account on the SimpleFX platform.
3. “Affiliate Program” means affiliate program described at SimpleFX website –
4. “Prize” means amount of money calculated based on the chart from §3 point 3.
5. “Active account” is a user account on SimpleFX platform that is currently in use and has not been deactivated or deleted. In the context of a Giveaway, the rewarded user must have an active account with SimpleFX to be eligible for rewards.
6. “Return on Investment” is calculated as a relation between the account equity and the sum of initial and extra deposits minus 1 [equity / (initial equity + extra deposits + extra bonus) – 1].

§3 Promotion Program

1. To participate in promotion registration from The Affiliate reflink is required. Reflink is considered as “The Affiliate reflink” when its long version contains “referrer=dfaba093-0468-476e-8923-f0779f0b6009”.
   1. Users who registered from The Affiliate reflink before the promotion are allowed to participate.
2. New and existing users are eligible to be a contender in the contest. A requirement to participate in the contest is making a deposit of any amount..
   1. The Prize is shared between the users who fulfilled promotion conditions based on their ROI (Return on Investment).
   2. User may take part in the contest with all LIVE accounts he have; however only one the most active LIVE account per user will be eligible to be classified as the winner.
   3. Number of winners is limited according to the chart from point 4.1.
3. Total amount of the Prize may vary depending on the number of users who fulfilled the conditions of the promotion.

§4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

1. The current information about the amount of participants and ROI by the users will be shown on the Landing Page under the link: https://simplefx.com/lp/scottfdx-zcointv-contest/
2. The Prize is allowed to be withdrawn from the user’s account.
3. The User shall not be entitled to receive the Prize (or may forfeit the Prize received), in the event that he/she violates, tampers with or fails to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or has violated the rules of this Promotion.
4. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
5. Prizes will be awarded within 10 business days after the end of the promotion to the winning user’s live account.
6. The Prize shall be paid in the currency of the winner’s live accounts, specific for each winner. The amount granted will be an equivalent to the USD value of the Prize after the exchange to the specific currency.
7. No third parties except of the Affiliate, including but not limited to Apple Inc., are associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered this contest.
