    Giveaway 

          1 General Provisions

    1. 1.1. The organizer of this giveaway is 8Tech SVG Ltd, registered under  number 22361, with its registered office at Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
    2. The giveaway takes place on the ZCoinTV and Scottfdx Twitch channels.
    3. The giveaway starts on 8 October 2025  and lasts until 15 October 2025 . 
    4.  By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant hereby confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    5. Participant’s participation in the giveaway means that he/she accepts the rules of the giveaway contained in this document.

            2 Definitions

    1. “Organizer” means 8Tech SVG Ltd. 
    2. “Participant” means a person who joined the giveaway and fulfilled its conditions.
    3. “Prize” means a 100 USDT non-withdrawable trading bonus credited to the Participant’s live SimpleFX account, subject to the Credit Bonus Terms and Conditions (attached).

      3 Award Conditions

    1. The Organizer provides a limited prize pool of 2000 Tether [USDT] Credit Bonus for the first 20 Participants who properly fulfill the terms of this giveaway.
    2. To be eligible for winning the Prize Participant must fulfill following steps:
    • Create a new account on SimpleFX using the following reflink: https://sfx.unilink.io/join-giveaway (Only entries through this link qualify)
    • Deposit at least $50 and make at least 1 trade.
    • Open Live Account in USDT.
    • Be among 20 first Participants that fulfill the above conditions. 

      3. Each of the winners who will fulfill the conditions above, that occurred during 7 days of his trading on simplefx.com will get a Credit Bonus in the amount of 100 Tether [USDT] added to the USDT live account.

      4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

    1. The prize is paid to the SimpleFX live USDT account of the respondent. 
    2.  Each Participant can win the Prize only once.
    3. Prizes will be granted within 14 days after the Giveaway is completed.
    4. The granted Credit Bonus can be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform, and any profits generated from the Bonus can be withdrawn by the Client. However, the Credit Bonus itself is subject to specific Terms and Conditions. It is imperative that Clients carefully review and accept these Terms and Conditions before utilizing the bonus. These Terms and Conditions outline crucial details regarding the bonus. Please be aware that any withdrawal of funds from your account prior to fully utilizing the Credit Bonus will result in the forfeiture and complete removal of the Bonus.
