    Terms and Conditions: Deposit & Volume Promotion

    §1 General Provisions

    1. The organizer of this giveaway is 8Tech SVG Ltd, registration number 22361, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
    2. The promotion takes place on the Ali’s private groups.
    3. The giveaway starts on 17/09/2025 and lasts until 03/10/2025. 
    4. Before joining the promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions.
    5. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the promotion contained in this document.

    §2 Definitions

    1. “Organizer” means 8Tech SVG Ltd. 
    2. “Participant” means a person who joined the giveaway and fulfilled its conditions.
    3. “Winner”means a Participant who generated the highest trading and deposit volume combined, specified in §3.
    4. “Prize” means credit bonus granted  to the Winners in amount specified in §3
    5. Trading activity simply means how much trading is happening. We measure this in two ways:
      • Trading volume: The total number of trades that occur.
      • Total turnover: The combined dollar value of all trades being opened and closed.

    §3 Award Conditions

    1. The Organizer provides prizes in the following amounts: 
      • $500 
      • $250
      • $150
      • 4x $50
        in the form of a Credit Bonus for the first 7 Winners who properly fulfill the terms of this promotion.
    2. To be eligible for winning the Prize Participant must fulfill following steps:
      • Create a new account using the following reflink: https://sfx.unilink.io/ali-charts (Only entries through this link qualify)
      • Verify and open Live Account in chosen currency.
      • make as many amount of deposits as possible on an opened live account and support them with trading activity  
      • Be among 7 first Participants that fulfilled conditions of this Promotion
    3. The participant who has the highest number of deposits and the highest volume combined at the end will receive a reward based on their position.
    4.  The highest level of activity is considered – the participant can bet on a smaller number of deposits and a very high volume or on a larger number of deposits and a lower volume – whoever has the higher overall percentage wins.
    5. Results will be tracked and automatically tallied through a summary of the participant’s account during the competition. Final results will be published on the partner’s social platform without revealing the winners full name, and via email.
    6. Prizes in the form of a credit bonus will be awarded 7 days after the end of the Promotion, automatically to the participant’s active live account.

    §4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

    1. The prize is paid to the SimpleFX account of the Winner. 
    2. A Prize-winning participant can receive a prize only once. 
    3. Prizes will be granted within 7 days after the promotion is completed.
    4. The granted Credit Bonus can be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform, and any profits generated from the Bonus can be withdrawn by the Client. However, the Credit Bonus itself is subject to specific Terms and Conditions. It is imperative that Clients carefully review and accept these Terms and Conditions before utilizing the bonus. These Terms and Conditions outline crucial details regarding the bonus. Please be aware that any withdrawal of funds from your account prior to fully utilizing the Credit Bonus will result in the forfeiture and complete removal of the Bonus.
