Survey about SimpleFX trading platform

1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of this survey is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
  2. The survey is addressed to the users referred by SimpleFX affiliates. 
  3. The purpose of the survey is to gain insightful feedback about the SimpleFX trading platform. 
  4. The survey takes place through SimpleFX channels such as email accounts connected with user accounts and notifications on the platform. 
  5. The venture will begin on July 10 until July 31, 2024. 
  6. Before entering the Survey, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of the described undertaking.
  7. Participant’s participation in the survey means that he/she accepts the rules of the Survey contained in this document.

2. Definitions

  1. “Survey about SimpleFX trading platform” will be called “Survey” in these terms and conditions. 
  2. Organizer means SimpleFX Ltd. 
  3. Respondent means participant who joined the Survey and fulfilled its conditions.

3. Award Conditions

  1. The Organizer provides a limited prize pool of 300 Tether [USDT] for the first 30 Respondents who properly complete the survey.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the answers and award prizes according to the insight of the answers provided.

4. Final Provisions & Restrictions

  1. Survey Organizer rewards up to first 30 respondents who complete the survey meeting the following conditions: 
    • answering all questions in the survey,
    • the answers provided must be reliable and insightful, extensive answers to open-ended questions, giving the opportunity to draw conclusions based on them,
    • having an existing account on SimpleFX platform,
    • providing a valid email address to which the respondent has created an account on SimpleFX platform.
  2. The Organizer awards each of the awarded respondents with 10 Tether [USDT].
  3. The prize is paid to the SimpleFX account of the respondent. 
  4. In case the respondent does not have an account on SimpleFX, in order to receive the prize he/she is required to create an account on the application.
  5. In case of respondent providing an incorrect email address, or an email address that is not linked to an account on SimpleFX, the prize payment is forfeited. 
  6. Each participant can complete the survey only once. 
  7. An award-winning participant can receive a prize only once.
