§1 General Provisions
- The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- The promotion takes place on SimpleFX trading platform.
- The Promotion starts at 12:00:00 UTC on August 1, 2023 and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on August 29, 2023.
- Before entering the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform and the affiliation agreement.
- Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
- Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Promotion.
- Only Qualified Traders will receive the spread cashback
§2 Definitions
- “Summer Cashback” will be called “Promotion” in these terms and conditions.
- “positive net deposit” means that the difference between the total deposits and total withdrawals is in plus.
- Qualified Trader means Simplefx user who joined the Promotion and fulfilled its conditions.
- Affiliates of a Qualified Trader means a user who registered on Simplefx platform using the affiliation link of Qualified Trader or user who became Qualified Trader.
- First deposit means first deposit made by a particular user since SFX Coin is available for traders on the SFX platform.
- First trade means first trade made by a particular user since SFX Coin is available for traders on the SFX platform.
§3 Promotion Program
- All spread calculations are based on the Liquidity Providers Spread from the Symbols Specification from this link.
- Qualified trader who joined the Promotion is qualifying for cashback if:

- generated at least $2.5 worth of spreads on trades, made with live accounts, connected with one email, registered at SimpleFX during the Promotion period;
- during the time of the Promotion has a positive net deposit for his live accounts connected with one email registered at SimpleFX that is equal to or greater than the numbers presented in the table below. The funds transferred from the affiliate panel Unilink are not included in the total deposits:

§4 Final Provisions & Restrictions
- Qualified Traders will receive 50% cashback on the spreads charged for trades that were opened and closed on their live accounts during the time of the Offer and that were made in accordance with the current SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement.
- The spread cashback will be paid in Bitcoin to the client’s SimpleFX Bitcoin account. SimpleFX reserves the right to pay spread cashback in another cryptocurrency or fiat currency, chosen at its sole discretion.
- SFX Coins earned from activities during this cashback will be added to the user’s account on the SFX platform and will be visible in the history of SFX operations.
- Cashback will be calculated from the time a user joined in until the end of the Offer.
- The spread cashback added to the Client’s account can be used to trade or to be withdrawn without further restrictions.
- General T&C applies.
