SimpleFX TRADING IDEAS CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. SimpleFX TRADING IDEAS CONTEST Terms & Conditions will be called “Offer” in these terms and conditions.
  2. The Offer starts at 00:00:01 UTC on December 11, 2020, and lasts until further notice.
  3. Every registered SimpleFX client who has an active account can take part in the Offer.
  4. The winning Trading Ideas are picked by the SimpleFX Team.
  5. To win a Trading Idea needs to:
    1. Predict the price movement (trend direction) correctly.
    2. Include technical analysis using the chart drawing tools.
    3. Include a written description that’s helpful to other traders (preferably suggesting an entry price as well as exit levels).
    4. Have the comments enabled.
    5. Be shared on social media with a hashtag #simplefxTradingIdeas.
  6. Each month the prize pool $100. However, if there are no Trading Ideas matching the winning criteria, SimpleFX reserves the right not to give away any prices.
  7. The winners are announced within 7 days after the end of the month.
  8. The prize will be transferred to the winner’s BTC account within 15 business days after the winner is announced. The reward can be used to trade on SimpleFX or withdrawn without any further restrictions.
  9. Chosen Traders will receive prizes from the monthly cap of rewards, which is $100 paid in Bitcoin or other currencies.
  10. SimpleFX reserves the right, as it at its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer or any aspect of the Offer without the Clients’ consent by informing the Clients using the email addresses provided to SimpleFX upon their registration, by SimpleFX WebTrader notification or by MT4 mailing sent 1 day in advance. Under no circumstances shall SimpleFX be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the Offer.
  11. SimpleFX reserves the right to pay the reward in another cryptocurrency or fiat currency, chosen at its sole discretion.
  12. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
  13. SimpleFX has the right to exclude any client from this Offer if:
    1. a breach of the Offer’s Terms and Conditions and/or of any term of the Terms of Use and Customer Agreement occurs;
    2. the Client has more than one entry with accounts registered under different emails at SimpleFX in this Offer;
    3. SimpleFX has reasonable grounds to believe that a misuse of the current Offer’s Terms & Conditions occurs;
    4. the Client acts in bad faith, abusively, fraudulently, and/or in a manner that is not in the spirit of the current Offer’s Terms & Conditions.
