    SimpleFX “Special LATAM Bonus – Peru” Terms & Conditions

    1 General Provisions

    1. The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
    2. The promotion takes place on SimpleFX trading platform.
    3. Before entering the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions of use of the SimpleFX platform and the affiliation agreement.
    4. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
    5. The “Special LATAM Bonus – Peru” will be triggered by the first deposit made to the SimpleFX LIVE account from 20 of March, 2024 to 16 of April, 2024. It’s a limited-time offer and is valid only on given dates. 

        2 Rules of the promotion

    1. User is eligible to receive a bonus once deposit money in one of the following methods: Paysafecard, Banco de Credito, BBVA, Caja Arequipa, Caja Huancayo, Caja Tacna, Caja Trujilo, InterBank, Niubiz, PagoEfectivo, Scotiabank, Western Union.
    2. The Bonus is added to the Client’s live trading account within three work days after the deposit is made. 
    3. Each User can receive one Bonus for one LIVE account. 
    4. The “Special LATAM Bonus – Peru” crediting and redeeming rules are the same as in the Terms & Conditions of the First Deposit Bonus.
    5. The size of the bonus is calculated based on the amount of the first deposit made to the SimpleFX account with the rules from the table below:

    3 Final Provisions & Restrictions

    Using multi-account registration to farm SimpleFX rewards or other dishonest behaviors will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

    1. The Participant shall not be entitled to receive the Prize (or may forfeit the Prize received), in the event that he/she violates, tampers with or fails to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or has violated the rules of this Promotion.
    2. SimpleFX shall be entitled to independently assess whether an entrant is in breach of the provisions indicated above, using objective criteria, in particular where SimpleFX identifies that the customer has opened subsequent accounts for the same user.
    3. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
    4. Detailed conditions and restrictions of this promotion can be found in the affiliation agreement published on SimpleFX website or other legal documents published in the same spot.
    5. The requirements may be adjusted as the market condition changes.
