1. A SimpleFX Client can be awarded a Bonus by taking part in a special offer or accepting an individual offer from the SimpleFX Team.
2. The Bonus is added automatically within 5 minutes once the deposit is made (maximum 3 business days) to the Client’s live trading account balance and can be used freely for trading, effectively increasing the Client’s margin on the account.
3. The first deposit bonus is a credit to the account which received the first deposit made after 8:00 UTC on April 26, 2021. Affiliate transfers and other bonuses are not understood as first deposits.
4. Bonus will be redeemed and added to the account balance as a form of spread cashback once meeting cashback requirements. Spread calculations will be performed based on the target spread. Cashback can be traded or withdrawn without any further restrictions.
5. The Bonus is available for fiat and cryptocurrency SimpleFX accounts. For currencies other than USD all values stated in this T&C are USD equivalents. ETH 2.0 accounts are excluded from the First Depo Bonus Offer.
6. Bonus will be redeemed and exchanged from credit to account balance with increments worth $5, every Wednesday every week.
7. Bonus redemption is based on trading spread turnover (10% cashback rate from trading spread turnover). For example, a $50 trading spread turnover = $5 cashback to be redeemed.
8. If a Client withdraws any funds from the account credited with the bonus or sends it to another SimpleFX account before the total amount of the bonus is redeemed and exchanged from credit to account balance, the bonus is removed from the Client’s account.
9. Unredeemed Bonus is forfeited upon any withdrawal request or internal transfer which is accepted and processed.
10. The bonus expires after 180 days if the amount of the bonus granted is not redeemed according to point 7 of the Terms & Conditions. Bonus expires in the amount of the not redeemed funds. You will receive an email of any inactive bonus 7 days prior to its expiration.
10.1 Expiry or removal of a bonus after a withdrawal or internal transfer made by the user means that bonus is taken out of the balance, which may affect the margin for open positions.
11. Each Client can receive one First Deposit Bonus. The size of your single first deposit counts. Get:

- $50 for $250 or more
- $100 for $500 or more
- $500 for $2000 or more
- $2,500 for $10,000 or more
12.The requirements may be adjusted as the market condition changes.
13.Using multi-account registration to farm SimpleFX rewards or other dishonest behaviors will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
14.In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
