- A SimpleFX Client can be awarded a First Deposit Bonus (called further Bonus) by taking part in a special offer or accepting an individual offer from the SimpleFX Team.
- The Bonus is added immediately to the Client’s live trading account balance and can be used freely for trading, effectively increasing the Client’s margin on the account.
- The first deposit bonus will be triggered by the first deposit made after 8:00 UTC on April 26, 2021, to any SimpleFX account.
- Affiliate transfers, other bonuses are not understood as first deposits.
- The bonus will be added to the account balance automatically within 5 minutes once the deposit is made (maximum 3 business days).
- Bonus will be redeemed and added to the account balance as a form of spread cashback once meeting cashback requirements. Spread calculations will be performed based on target spread. Cashback can be traded or withdrawn without any further restrictions.
- The Bonus is available for all SimpleFX accounts. For currencies other than USD all values stated in this T&C are USD equivalents.
- Bonus will be redeemed and exchanged from credit to account balance every week on Wednesday.
- Bonus redemption is based on trading spread turnover (10% cashback rate from trading spread turnover). For example, a $50 trading spread turnover = $5 cashback to be redeemed.
- In case the first deposit is withdrawn from SimpleFX or sent to another SimpleFX account, the part of the bonus that has not been redeemed and exchanged from credit to account balance will be lost.
- Unredeemed Bonus is forfeited upon any withdrawal request or internal transfer which is accepted and processed.
- The bonus may expire after 180 days. You will receive an email of any inactive bonus 7 days prior to its expiration.
- Each Client can receive one First Deposit Bonus equal to:
- $20 for the first deposit above $100
- $50 for the first deposit above $250
- $100 for the first deposit above $500
- $500 for the first deposit above $2500
- $2,500 for the first deposit above $10,000
- The requirements may be adjusted as the market condition changes.
- Using multi-account registration to farm SimpleFX rewards or other dishonest behaviors will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
- In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
