- A SimpleFX Client can be awarded a Bonus by taking part in a special offer or accepting an individual offer from the SimpleFX Team.
- The Bonus is added immediately to the Client’s live trading account balance and can be used freely for trading, effectively increasing the Client’s margin on the account.
- The Bonus cannot be withdrawn until the nominal value of the spread generated by the Client’s from the moment of receiving the Bonus reaches the nominal value of the Bonus awarded.
- In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer’s Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by SimpleFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decision of SimpleFX shall be final and binding.
