    #SFXLeagueChallenge — Contest Rules & Terms

    §1. General Information

    1. The organizer of the “#SFXLeagueChallenge” contest (hereinafter: the Contest) is SimpleFX Group (hereinafter: the Organizer), comprising 8TECH LTD (licensed by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius, license No. GB23201604), 8TECH ZA (PTY) LTD (authorized by the FSCA in South Africa, license No. 53073), and 8TECH SVG LTD (registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, registration No. 22361 BC 2014).
    2. The Contest takes place on Instagram and X (Twitter).
    3. The Contest runs from 10 November 2025 to 30 November 2025.

    §2. Eligibility

    1. Any natural person (hereinafter: the Participant) may enter the Contest provided that they:
       a) are at least 18 years old,
       b) have a verified and active SimpleFX account,
       c) have a public account on Instagram or X (Twitter), and
       d) publish content that meets the requirements outlined in §3 of these Terms.
    2. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and voluntary.
    3. Each Participant may submit multiple entries, but only one entry per person can win.

    §3. Contest Rules

    1. To take part in the Contest, during the contest period Participants must:
       a) publish a post or video on their public Instagram or X (Twitter) profile showing their “trading moment” related to the Trading Contest League 2025 — for example:

      • “When your ROI jumps +200%”
      • “My face after checking the leaderboard”
      • “This is how I trade during the League.”
         b) tag the official profile @SimpleFXcom, and
         c) include the hashtag #SFXLeagueChallenge in the caption.
    2. Only Participants who have a verified SimpleFX account at the time of prize allocation will be eligible to receive the reward.
    3. Content must not contain:
      • unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory material,
      • third-party intellectual property without permission,
      • political, religious, or inappropriate statements.
    4. By submitting content, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions.
    5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or the Contest’s purpose.

    §4. Prizes

    1. The main prize is a $500 credit bonus awarded to the winner’s SimpleFX account.
    2. The winning entry will also be featured on SimpleFX’s official social media channels.
    3. The winner will be announced on 3 December 2025 via SimpleFX’s official profiles @SimpleFXcom (Instagram and X).
    4. The Organizer reserves the right to grant additional recognition or runner-up prizes at its discretion.
    5. The credit bonus cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

    §5. Copyright and Content Usage

    1. By entering, the Participant confirms they are the author of the submitted material and hold all related rights.
    2. The Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their content for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, including reposting with credit to the author.
    3. This consent includes the right to use the content on SimpleFX’s websites, newsletters, blogs, and official social media profiles.

    §6. Personal Data Protection

    1. The data controller of Participants’ personal data is 8TECH SVG LTD.
    2. Personal data (such as name, username, email address, and account ID) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and publishing results.
    3. Data will not be shared with third parties, except for necessary technical partners supporting the Contest.
    4. Participants have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request deletion of their data.
    5. Any questions regarding data processing may be sent to: support@simplefx.com.

    §7. Final Provisions

    1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms if necessary, without violating Participants’ rights.
    2. Any issues not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Organizer.
    3. The Contest is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a trading recommendation.
    4. SimpleFX Group is not authorized by any EU, EEA or UK regulatory authorities. The services offered are outside the scope of EU/UK investor protection frameworks, and clients are not covered by any Investor Compensation Fund.
