    SFX Coin Giveaway: Terms & conditions

     1. General Provisions

    1. The Organizer of this Giveaway is 8Tech SVG Ltd with registration number 22361 BC 2014 with registered address at Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown VC0100, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
    2. The Giveaway takes place on the SimpleFX Twitter/X profile.
    3. The Giveaway starts at 10:00:00 UTC on April 9, 2025, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on April 16, 2025.
    4. Participant’s participation in the Giveaway means that he/she accepts the rules of the Giveaway contained in this document.
    5. Giveaway is not limited to only registered users of SimpleFX. Each person who will register at simplefx.com during the Giveaway is allowed to participate in it.

     2. Definitions

    1. “SFX Coin Giveaway” will be called “Giveaway” in these terms and conditions.
    2. “Participant” means a person taking part in the Giveaway.
    3. “Winner” means a Participant who fulfilled a giveaway program.

    3. Giveaway Program

    1. To qualify as a Winner, the Participant must comment on the Giveaway tweet with their prediction of the Bitcoin (BTC) price 7 days after the tweet is posted.
    2. The exact reference time for the BTC price will be 10:00:00 UTC on April 16, 2025.
    3. The three (3) Participants whose predictions are closest to the actual BTC price at that time will be selected as Winners.
    4. In case of multiple predictions with the same price accuracy, the earliest comment will be given priority.
    5. Each Winner will receive 5 SFX Coins.
    6. Rewards are limited to one prize per Winner, regardless of the number of predictions submitted.

    4. Final Provisions & Restrictions

    1. The maximum number of Winners is limited to 3.
    2. Each Winner is only rewarded once even if commented on more than one comment under the giveaway tweet.
    3. To receive an SFX Coin account on the SimpleFX platform is required.
    4. General T&C applies.
