    Promotion Notino — promo code Terms & Conditions

    1. General Provisions

    1. The organizer of this promotion is 8Tech SVG Ltd, registration number 22361, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
    2. The Promotion is organised in cooperation with Notino.
    3. The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX platform.
    4. The promotion starts on 20 March 2025 and lasts until 27 March 2025. 
    5. Before joining the promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the general terms and conditions.
    6. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the promotion contained in this document.

    2. Definitions

    1. “Organizer” means 8tech SVG Ltd. 
    2. “Participant” means a person who joined the promotion and fulfilled its conditions.
    3. “Prize” means 50 USDT of non-withdrawable trading bonus granted to Participant’s SimpleFX account.

    3. Award Conditions

    1. The Organizer provides a limited prize pool of 500 Tether [USDT] in promotion codes for SimpleFX affiliates.
    2. SimpleFX affiliates will distribute the codes among their social media societies.
    3. To be eligible for winning the Prize Participant must fulfill following steps:
    • Get a code from the chosen affiliate.
    • Create new or have a SimpleFX account.
    • Create or have an active account in USDT currency.
    • Request to join the Promotion via SimpleFX site https://promotion.simplefx.com/promo-code/, entering the code given by our affiliate.
    • The SimpleFX team will verify the time of applications to determine the winners.

    4. Final Provisions & Restrictions

    1. The Prize is granted to the SimpleFX account of the Participant in Tether [USDT] currency.
    2. In case of a Participant providing an incorrect email address, or an email address that is not linked to an account on SimpleFX, the prize payment is forfeited and passed to the Participant next in line. 
    3. A Prize-winning Participant can receive a prize only once. 
    4. Prizes will be granted within 7 working days after the promotion is completed.
    5. The granted Credit Bonus can be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform, and any profits generated from the Bonus can be withdrawn by the Client. However, the Credit Bonus itself is subject to specific Terms and Conditions. It is imperative that Clients carefully review and accept these Terms and Conditions before utilizing the bonus. These Terms and Conditions outline crucial details regarding the bonus. Please be aware that any withdrawal of funds from your account prior to fully utilizing the Credit Bonus will result in the forfeiture and complete removal of the Bonus.
