SimpleFX “Euro 2021 Trading Cup” Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. The SimpleFX “Euro 2021 Trading Cup” Contest Terms & Conditions will be called a Contest in these terms and conditions.
  2. The Contest starts at 00:00:01 UTC on June 14, 2021, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on July 11, 2021.
  3. Only Participants can take part in the Contest and receive a prize.
  4. A Participant is a SimpleFX client who:
    1. Signs up for a live Contest Account on the simplefx.com/lp/euro-2021 page or at app.simplefx.com.
    2. Deposits a minimum of $200 (or equivalent) to a Contest Account. 
  5. One Participant may open up to three Contest Accounts. Each Contest account is activated with $200 (or equivalent) deposits.
  6. If a Participant withdraws funds from a Contest Account before the Contest ends, the Contest Account no longer takes part in the competition. 
  7. The First Deposit Bonus is also active for Euro 2021 Trading Cup Contest Accounts. For the first SimpleFX deposit made after 8:00 UTC on April 26, 2021, customers receive an automatic bonus worth:
    1.  $20 for the first deposit higher than $100
    2.  $50 for the first deposit higher than $250
    3. $100 for the first deposit higher than $500
    4. $500 for the first deposit higher than $2000
    5. $2,500 for the first deposit higher than $10,000
  8. The Participants are ranked according to the Return on Investment (ROI) during the Contest (Global Ranking) and each week (Weekly Ranking). Rankings are updated at a minimum once a day.
  9. The Participants are ranked according to the Return on Investment (ROI) during the Contest (Global Ranking) and during each week of the Contest (Weekly Ranking). The ROI is a relation between the Contest Account equity and the sum of deposits, minus 1 (equity/sum of deposits – 1).
  10. The maximum main prize pool is related to 35,000 USD. The main prizes are awarded to 50 Contest Accounts with the highest position in the Global Ranking at the end of the Competition, according to the table below (or proportionally for other main prize pools).

    4-10 7000 USD (divided equally, 1,000 USD per user)
    11-25 7,500 USD (divided equally, 500 USD per user)
    26-50 5,000 USD (divided equally, 200 USD per user)
  11. If a Participant has more than one active Contest Accounts, the one with the highest ROI is classified in the Global Ranking, and the one with the highest ROI during an ongoing week is classified in the Weekly Ranking.
  12. The users with the highest ROI each week will get a reward from the side prize pool. The maximum side prize pool is 10,000 USD.
  13. Weekly ROI is counted in the following periods:
    1. June 14, 00:00:00 UTC – June 20, 23:59:59 UTC
    2. June 21, 00:00:00 UTC – June 27, 23:59:59 UTC
    3. June 28, 00:00:00 UTC – July 4, 23:59:59 UTC
    4. July 5, 00:00:00 UTC – July 11, 23:59:59 UTC
  14. The weekly bonuses are awarded to 10 Contest Accounts with the highest position in the Weekly Ranking at the end of each Contest week, according to the table below (or proportionally for other side prize pools):

    4-10 1,050 USD (divided equally – 150 USD per user)

     

  15. Ten SimpleFX users who attract the largest number of Contest Participants with their referral links will receive a reward from the affiliate prize pool. The maximum affiliate prize pool is worth 5,000 USD.
  16.  If there is more than one affiliate with the same number of Contest Participants, the highest revenue from the affiliation made during the Contest decides about the position in the Affiliates Ranking.
  17. Affiliate Prize Pool will be divided as follows (or proportionally for other affiliate prize pools):

    4-10 1 400 USD (divided equally, 200 USD per user)

     

  18. The sum of the global, side, and affiliate prize pools depends on the total number of active Contest Accounts at 23:59:59 UTC, July 11. The three prize pools and the prizes will be divided accordingly to the tables above proportionally with the total prize pool equal:
    1. $5,000 for less than 75 Contest Accounts
    2. $10,000 for 76-150 Contest Accounts
    3. $20,000 for 151-250 Contest Accounts
    4. $30,000 for  251-500 Contest Accounts
    5. $50,000 for 501 and more Contes Accounts
  19. SimpleFX reserves the right to publish client’s transactions on contest accounts, making sure the client’s anonymity is secured.
  20. The prize will be paid in Bitcoin equivalent to the client’s SimpleFX Bitcoin account. SimpleFX reserves the right to pay spread cashback in another cryptocurrency or fiat currency, chosen at its sole discretion.
  21. Funds from opened Contest live Accounts will be transferred into live accounts after the Contest period is finished.
  22. The price paid to the Client’s account can be used to trade or to be withdrawn without further restrictions.
  23. All spread calculations are based on the Liquidity Providers Spread from the Symbols Specification from this link.
  24. General Promotion’s T&C applies.
