1. General Provisions
1.1. The organizer of this promotion is 8Tech SVG Ltd, registration number 22361 BC 2014, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
1.2. This promotion is organized in connection with the launch of the SimpleFX community channel on Discord.
1.3. The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX platform.
1.4. The promotion starts on 11 December 2025, 13:00 UTC, and lasts until the first 500 Participants are selected, but no longer than 18 December 2025, 13:00 UTC. The Organizer will publish information about the promotion’s closure on the official Discord channel.
1.5. Before joining the promotion, the Participant is obliged to read these Terms & Conditions.
1.6. Participation in the promotion means that the Participant accepts all rules contained in this document.
2. Definitions
- “Organizer” means 8Tech SVG Ltd.
- “Participant” means a person who joined the promotion and fulfilled all required conditions.
- “Prize” means a 25 USDT non-withdrawable Credit Bonus, granted to the Participant’s SimpleFX account (however, profits generated from this bonus remain withdrawable).
3. Award Conditions
3.1. The Organizer provides a limited prize pool of 500 Credit Bonuses, each worth 25 USDT, allocated to the first 500 eligible Participants.
3.2. To be eligible for the Prize, a Participant must complete all of the following steps:
• Join the official SimpleFX Discord server;
• Register a new SimpleFX account using the landing page shared on the Discord server, or already have an existing SimpleFX account created via the promotional landing page
• Create or have an active trading account in USDT currency;
• Submit a valid participation request through: https://promotion.simplefx.com/discord
3.3. The SimpleFX team will verify the time and correctness of all applications to determine the first 500 eligible Participants.
3.4. If a participant took part in the first part of the promotion and qualified as one of the first 100 participants, the bonus is not eligible to be granted.
- Final Provisions & Restrictions
4.1. The Prize is granted to the Participant’s SimpleFX account in USDT currency, depending on the account type selected by the Participant.
4.2. If a Participant provides an incorrect email address or an email address that is not associated with any SimpleFX account, the Prize is forfeited and granted to the next Participant in line.
4.3. A Prize-winning Participant can receive the Prize only once within this promotion.
4.4. One person can only create one account that will be verified during the KYC process.
4.5. Prizes will be granted within 14 working days after the promotion ends or the full pool of 500 winners is confirmed.
4.6. The granted Credit Bonus can be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform, and any profits generated from the Bonus may be withdrawn by the Client. The Bonus itself is non-withdrawable.
4.7. The Credit Bonus is subject to specific Credit Bonus Terms & Conditions. Any withdrawal request submitted before fully utilizing the Credit Bonus results in the forfeiture and complete removal of the Bonus.
4.8. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if necessary for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
