2. The Offer starts at 08:00:00 a.m. UTC on November 22, 2022, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on November 28, 2022.
3. The Offer consists of 3 consecutive promotions:

SimpleFX “Black Week Cashback” Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The SimpleFX “Black Week Cashback” Offer Terms & Conditions will be called Offer in these terms and conditions.
2. The Offer starts at 08:00:00 a.m. UTC on November 22, 2022, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on November 25, 2022.
3. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Offer. However, only Qualified Traders will receive the spread cashback.
4. All spread calculations are based on the Liquidity Providers Spread from the Symbols Specification from this link.
5. A Qualified Trader is a SimpleFX client who:

• opted in for the Offer (https://app.simplefx.com/reward-center?promotion=Optin → Join now)
• generated at least $2.5 worth of spreads on trades made with live accounts connected with one email registered at SimpleFX during the Offer period;
• during the time of the Offer has a positive net deposit (the difference between the total deposits and total withdrawals) for his live accounts connected with one email registered at SimpleFX that is equal to or greater than the numbers presented in the table below. The funds transferred from the affiliate panel Unilink are not included in the total deposits:

6. Opt-in for the Offer is available until November 25, 2022. Cashback will be calculated from when a client opts in until the end of the Offer.
7. Qualified Traders will receive 60% cashback on the spreads charged for trades opened and closed on their live accounts during the time of the Offer and that were made per the current SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement.
8. The spread cashback will be paid in Bitcoin to the client’s SimpleFX Bitcoin account. SimpleFX reserves the right to pay spread cashback in another cryptocurrency or fiat currency, chosen at its sole discretion.
9. The spread cashback added to the Client’s account can be used to trade or to be withdrawn without further restrictions.

1. The SimpleFX “Black Week Affiliation Promo” Offer Terms & Conditions will be called Offer in these terms and conditions.
2. The Offer starts at 00:00:01 a.m. UTC on November 26, 2022, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on November 27, 2022.
3. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Offer. However, only Qualified Traders will receive the $10 bonus. 
4. A Qualified Trader is a SimpleFX client who:
   1. Invited new SimpleFX user to register on app.simplefx.com using reflink (“Refer friends”).
   2. Invited user deposit at least $100 to any of users LIVE SFX account during the offer period.
5. Qualified Trader can invite an unlimited number of users and can receive an unlimited number of bonuses.

1. The SimpleFX “Cyber Monday With Zero Swaps” Offer Terms & Conditions will be called Offer in these terms and conditions.
2. The Offer starts at 00:00:01 a.m. UTC on November 28, 2022, and ends at 00:00:01 UTC on November 29, 2022.
3. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Offer.
4. SimpleFX will not charge any overnight swaps for opened positions that day.
