SFX Coin Giveaway: Terms & conditions

 1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361, company address: Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown VC0100, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
2. The promotion takes place on the SimpleFX social media platforms.
3. The Promotion starts at 10:00:00 UTC on September 2, 2024, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on September 13, 2024.
4. Participant’s participation in the Promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
5. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Promotion.
6. Promotion is not limited to only registered users of SimpleFx. Each person who will register during the promotion is allowed to participate in it.

 2 Definitions

1. “SFX Coin Giveaway” will be called “Promotion” in these terms and conditions.
2. “Social media” means Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
3. “Participant” means a person taking part in the Promotion.
4. “Winner” means Participant who commented about a key lesson.

3 Promotion Program

1. To be recognised as a Winner Participant needs to comment about the key lesson as described in the social media post.
2. Winners are rewarded with SFX Coins.
3. Each Winner with a limitation to the number of maximum Winners is awarded with 2SFX Coins.

4 Final Provisions & Restrictions

1. The maximum number of Winners is limited to 30.
   1.1. There are 10 winners per social media platform.
2. Each Winner can win only once and only on one social media platform of the SimplefX.
3. To receive an SFX Coin account on the SimpleFX platform is required.
