1. What are the trading hours for USDKRW / USDHKD?
Trading hours for all symbols can be found here: Terms & Conditions. Moreover, we can send you the requested trading hours of the symbol.
2. The price on the chart did not touch my SL. Why was my position closed?
The bid price draws the chart. To close the sell order, you should look at the asking price, which is the selling price plus the spread.
3. Can I transfer funds between crypto, fiat, and stablecoin accounts?
Transfers between cryptocurrency and fiat accounts are not possible.
4. Why did my First Deposit Bonus expire?
The First Deposit Bonus has an expiration date. The bonus expires after 180 days. To learn more, please read the Terms and Conditions: SimpleFX First Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions.
5. How does the First Deposit Bonus work?
Your bonus will increase your account margin. Please remember that you cannot withdraw or transfer your funds to another account before receiving the bonus. Once you have fulfilled the requirements, you can redeem your bonus. You can also withdraw or transfer the redeemed funds from there.
6. Why are my demo accounts not working?
In this case, please contact Support, and we’ll get your demo accounts back up and running as soon as possible.
7. Why can’t I use a credit/debit card?
In SimpleFX, we mainly focused on cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. However, depending on the region, we offer Skrill, Neteller, or Fasapay. 8. Why was my position closed automatically? (stop out)
Your position was closed due to a stop-out system. The SimpleFX trading platform will start closing trading positions at the stop-out level, which is set to be 30% of the margin level.
9. Do you require KYC?
We require KYC only for fiat currency accounts.
10. Do you have swap-free accounts? / What fees do you charge?
